The companies which are interested in participating in Maqpaper must fill in the pre-registration form and send it back to Fira d’Igualada.

After having distributed the space, we will send you a copy of a map with an indication of the space you have been given and the papers with the services you can contract. You will also receive the admission form which you must also fill in and send back.

The distribution and awarding will be done according to the following priorities:

a)The enterprises which took part in the previous edition of Maqpaper.
b)The requested area
c)Order of registration request
d)Products to be exhibited
e)Other technical considerations

Maqpaper has the sole right of the awarding of stands and exhibiting areas.

• The module stands are carpeted and have 100w/m2 current (one phase and total) for the stand and a plug.
• the freely constructed stands have a basic current connection of 100w/m2 one phase.

• Civil responsibility insurance
• fire security service
• packaging warehouse service
• loading and unloading crane service
• free cataloguing
• maintainance and attention service of the exhibitor

Fira d’Igualadaoffers the following services and complements optionally:
Furniture, hostesses, gardening, lodgings, energy extension, vapor, compressed air, and so on.The contract of these services will be done with the papers given together with the admission form.

Fira d’Igualada does all the cleaning of the corridors and shared areas.The cleaning of stands is responsibility of each exhibitor and this can contract the service of a company through the given papers.

Fira d’Igualada has a contracted public-address system which includes the service of atmosphere music and notice calls.No other sound system is allowed by the exhibitors which could interfere with the already fitted one.

The official catalogue of Maqpaper will be printed by our organisation. The insertion in the catalogue will be free for the exhibitors.

The exhibitors can contract an advertising space in the catalogue if they previously request it.

The organisation is not responsible for the mistakes that might be printed.

The organisation will provide the exhibitors with building and dismantling passes which will expire at the end of the celebration of the fair.

The stand construction will take place from 11 to 12 April. The dismantlng will take place from 18 to 20 April .

The modular stands will have to be left in the same conditions as they were found so it won’t be possible to make holes in the walls.

The exhibitors with free construction stands will have to get in touch with the organization in order to know the technical information, and they will also have to give a plan of the project to the organisation.

Inscription 150 €
Standard modular stand: 120 euros/m2
Free construction stand: 105 euros/m2

Minimum space: 12m2 (4m across x 3m depth)

The 50% of the total cost will have to be paid before 1 February and the other 50% before 15 March 2011. All the payments must be done to Fira d’Igualada in one of the following ways:

Theft insurance should be covered by the exhibitor privately.
