Timetable: Exhibitors and Visitors: From 10 am to 19 pm (except day 24, from 10am to 17pm). Entrance only allowed to professionals.

The companies which are interested in participating in Maqpaper must fill in the pre-registration form and send it back to Fira d’Igualada.

After having distributed the space, we will send you a copy of a map with an indication of the space you have been given and the papers with the services you can contract. You will also receive the admission form which you must also fill in and send back.

The distribution and awarding will be done according to the following priorities:

a)The enterprises which took part in the previous edition of Maqpaper.
b)The requested area
c)Order of registration request
d)Products to be exhibited
e)Other technical considerations

Maqpaper has the sole right of the awarding of stands and exhibiting areas.

Fira d’Igualada offers you the following services:

• Security service
• Restoration service in the same building
• Civil responsability insurance
• First aid emergency service
• Fire extinction service
• The modular stands have carpet and general power plug: 100w/m2 (light and plug)
• The free construction stands have a basic power plug of 100w/m2.
  

We also offer you other optional services: furniture, stand cleaning, hostesses, gardening, lodging, energy, etc. Later on, we will send you a copy of the services you can contract with the admission form.

Fira d’Igualada will take care of the corridors and common areas cleaning. The stands cleaning is the exhibitor’s responsibility and you can make a request for the cleaning in the services form.

The official catalogue of Maqpaper will be printed by our organisation. The insertion in the catalogue will be free for the exhibitors.

The exhibitors can contract an advertising space in the catalogue if they previously request it.

The organisation is not responsible for the mistakes that might be printed.

The organisation will provide the exhibitors with building and dismantling passes which will expire at the end of the celebration of the fair.

The stand construction will take place from 16 to 21 April. The dismantlng will take place from 27 to 29 April .

The modular stands will have to be left in the same conditions as they were found so it won’t be possible to make holes in the walls.

The exhibitors with free construction stands will have to get in touch with the organization in order to know the technical information, and they will also have to give a plan of the project to the organisation.

Inscription 150 €
Standard modular stand: 120 euros/m2
Free construction stand: 105 euros/m2

Minimum space: 12m2 (4m across x 3m depth)

The 50% of the total cost will have to be paid before 1 February and the other 50% before 15 March 2009. All the payments must be done to Fira d’Igualada in one of the following ways:

• Check made out to "Fira d’Igualada".

FIRA D’IGUALADA has a civil responsibility insurance for third person damages that will be valid during the days of the fair (including the stand construction and dismantling days). You can get a copy of this civil responsability insurance.

The theft insurance will be covered by each exhibitor.

The exhibitor can have a copy of the participating rules in case you have any problems.
